taken from the book, "Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman
I totally agree since I have fallen into the above categories during much of my life due to abuse starting at a very young age. Only through guidance and management of those negative aspects of our lives can we progress to a place of better health, and better coping skills (in my humble opinion.)
