Dare to dream
When we dream we are often living out events that have happened to us, or we worry about things that could happen to us, or just some variation of a movie or story we have read. Our hopes and dreams, our desires, everything comes out in our dreams. I don't always remember my dreams, but the ones I have usually offer me some information about myself. It is of course up to me whether or not I discuss it with anyone, act on the information given to me in my dream, or just 'let it go.'
Our dreams are often influenced by the health of our spirit/spirituality. If our spirit is low and feeling overwhelmed your dream will act out with this information. I have often thought about keeping a recorder by my bed, but so far that is just a procrastination of mine, lol. I don't want to wake hubby up, but I don't want to have to turn the light on either to make notes!

You do live out desires and worries and in dreams. The worries are just release dreams for you to release the worries and let them go.
Many times your dreams are messages to aid you in your day to day life. And many times your dreams are astral trips you take, and you may visit loved ones still residing on the earth plane, and/or loved ones who have crossed back over.
And at times, some, (I do this) bump into other people's lives in their dreams. I dreamt my cousin was pregnant - she was at the time, and that a neighbor who was pregnant and told she was having a girl, I dreamt she was having a boy - she did! I had two dreams of that in fact, as she disputed my first one. That one was kind of funny. :-)
Spooky though, I dreamt of an old man, who had committed a crime against a woman, (in the dream I was a cop with other cops) we apprehended him - when we did, he turned young. I told my mother about the dream, and she had just seen on television a couple of weeks before I had the dream a man who was in 70's who had just been apprehended for a crime he committed against a woman, when he was young like 18 or so or in his early 20's. Spooky ... but kind of cool too! LOL!
