Beefy Or Peachy Part II

Well today was a cold and rainy day here in the land of the sun and we have had to have the heat on a few times as the temperature has dipped to below freezing on more then one occasion. I will be very glad when this weather passes as I do feel the cold in my bones, literally. I know there is a reason for the seasons of weather as there is a reason for a season of changes in our lives. All things happen for a reason and sometimes that reason might not be divulged to us until later on and that is also frustrating, lol.

When we dream we are often living out events that have happened to us, or we worry about things that could happen to us, or just some variation of a movie or story we have read. Our hopes and dreams, our desires, everything comes out in our dreams. I don't always remember my dreams, but the ones I have usually offer me some information about myself. It is of course up to me whether or not I discuss it with anyone, act on the information given to me in my dream, or just 'let it go.'

Our dreams are often influenced by the health of our spirit/spirituality. If our spirit is low and feeling overwhelmed your dream will act out with this information. I have often thought about keeping a recorder by my bed, but so far that is just a procrastination of mine, lol. I don't want to wake hubby up, but I don't want to have to turn the light on either to make notes!

Well I tried several times to update my blog yesterday but I couldn't get into the site at all :(. Well today the maintenance man came to fix some things around here for us so now we can see properly in the kitchen as the light is fixed, the mini blind is replaced in the spare room, and they are either going to fix or replace our dishwasher as it is leaving a terrible film on our dishes, so it is useless at the moment!

Tonight my gf is coming over to help me decorate a bit more and wrap some presents. She wraps so beautifully, unlike me, lol. Oh well, I do try but I just don't have that God-given talent. I have to finish shopping for hubby over the next few days.

Well I had to hide my Mrs. Santa outfit because Jordan wouldn't leave it alone, lol, so now I have to go hunting for it. This pic reminded me of it, smile.

Mood: awake

Well since I need one more gift for hubby I have been surfing the web to find something that will please him that he DOESN'T need, but wants, lol. A Man toy of some sort. Geez this is harder than it should be to accomplish! I also need to buy a gift for my niece. If I get her anything purple she will be happy :).

Well I suppose I should get back to the task at hand, more shopping!

Listening to: Peace on Earth

Well as we continue on with Beefy or Peachy Part II I thought I might add a little more spice now and then, grin.

I will continue with my usual personal issues and pet beefs or peachy ideas, however, I think I would like to reach a broader audience as well. I don't think many kids bother with reading my little blog. I am certainly not thinking of anything X-rated, but I think funny and/or erotic pics from time to time will spice things up around here.

You all know I have a passion for angels and faeries and butterflies already. I also have a passion to give hope to those that have been abused and to talk about those issues openly. When we bottle everything up inside we get sick. I have had it with being sick!

Anyways I will continue to play with the background etc until I feel comfortable with it and hopefully get some feedback from you folks that visit me :).

Well again I woke up in the middle of the night and was awake for hours, up for awhile, then back to sleep, then up and cleaning and washing and a little reaarranging of decorations, stripped the bed, inflated it some more, put on nice sheets, had kebobs for dinner, and now feeling worn out again.

I can't see my house as being ready when company comes but I guess it will be. I just spoke to my aunt on the phone today and after hanging up, I started to shake like crazy. I guess it was a physiological response to her and them coming up here. I would say my body is speaking loudly. Now I'm more concerned about having them come for 3 days. Oyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

My therapist is out of town now until late January so I will either manage it or not. If not then I guess it will turn out as it is intended to. I think I will have to do some heavy duty praying until they arrive so that I don't respond physically to them. I didn't realize the depth of my concern of them being near me.

I hope you all made some progress over the weekend and enjoyed either parties or family or shopping outings. Tonight, all I can visualize is my clean comfy airbed waiting for me. I pray I sleep soundly through this night.

Well the woman who cut my hair is a friend of a friend kind of situation. She and I both agreed the color was washed out looking and needed to be darkened and some length needed to go. So now I have warm chestnut brown hair with golden highlights and it is to my shoulders. My natural curl now shows off nicely and should be easy to keep up! Let's hope so as it sure cost a bunch to get it all done. Got some accessories for my outfit tomorrow night, almost finished all of our Christmas shopping, and boy are we done in! Hubby got a new pair of shoes too! The mall was packed needless to say. We also got a steamer for ourselves that is so light weight that I should be able to do hubby's shirts and trousers now without sending them to the cleaners!

Busy busy day. I'm ready for beddy bye! Nighty night.
