Online Bingo Rooms

Online bingo rooms abound and I do occasionally frequent them to see what is new and try my luck at some of the games. I usually personally prefer the far more social interaction of the brick and mortar bingo events but the Internet is great for a spot of fun every once in a while. The next paragraph describes one of my most recent visits and a brief review of what it felt like.

I recently made a foray visit to a great online bingo site known as "Bingo Hall". The big thing at Bingo Hall is that they actually actively encourage the talk at the online chat room by playing all sorts of chat room games. These involve occasional declarations by the chat room mediator and the fastest response of the chat room participants. Not only is this a great way to liven up the time and win some extra cash, this really encourages the players to chat away with abandon. The net effect (after I got the hang of it) was interesting. On the one hand, there was certainly a lot of active participation which helped to really make the bingo hall a social event. On the other hand the slight tension in the air of players waiting for the chance of a prize could also be felt. This tended to shorten chat discussions considerably. I liked the idea of encouraging the online chat and winning a chat room prize was certainly fun but I still think that I prefer the real live bingo hall over the virtual one. Nonetheless, this is certainly a bingo hall to consider iff I ever find myself unable to go out on an ordained bingo night (like if I catch the flu or some other similar inhibition). Maybe if I go online with a friend it would be more fun. Maybe I will try that next time...

Different Cash Options

As all online bingo players know, the money transfer service you decide to use for your online bingo games is sometimes an important factor in your online games. There are many different cash transfer options available and different players prefer different styles. In this, bingo differs somewhat from other online gambling games. Bingo Birthday Games

This week was my highly esteemed wife's birthday. (Happy Birthday My Love!) Of course, since we are both avowed bingo lovers, I decided to try something I had read about on the Internet. Along with the standard surprise birthday party with family and friends, the birthday cake and the pile of presents, we had  what has been termed a bingo party. The idea is that you have a party where there is a collection of prizes and everyone ends up getting something in a sort of free for all bingo game. I can say that the game worked moderately well and was a lot of fun. I had to put in certain improvisations on what I had read about on the World Wide Web, and there were certain minor glitches.

The Bingo Results 

Everyone ended up with some small prize and almost everyone seemed happy with the minor treasure they had walked away with so that I can call the idea a success. I walked off with a pocket pen flashlight that I have always wanted and my wife ended up with a charming hair clip that she had laid her eyes on. Some of our friends were not as lucky with a diabetic cousin ending up with the box of quality chocolates that he was not about to even think of enjoying and a teetotaler girlfriend who won the excellent bottle of wine (another prize that I was hoping for - but we can't have it all!). Nonetheless, that is the way of bingo with some people being luckier than others...

Next Year

Having exhausted the idea of a bingo party this year my next concern is what sort of bingo stunt am I going to pull in honor of my wife next year. Anyone who has any good suggestions is welcome to comment!

A Belated Happy Birthday

Although admittedly a little late, I too wanted to wish JackpotJoy a happy birthday. It has been six years of bingo fun since JackpotJoy first arrived on the scene and the nice promotional cash giveaway that they hosted this year along with all the special prizes were lots of fun to strive for. I sent them my picture but didn't win anything (maybe I'm just not handsome enough :)). The cool promotional prizes helped boost their bingo traffic considerably and this was certainly felt in the bingo world. Prizes were higher and the number of players increased as well. Such is the long lasting power of good promotional stunts. Although such promotions are good for us players because we get more chances to win bigger and better prizes, they are also good for the bingo hosts because they serve to increase their traffic and improve their circle of clients. Thus, a good promotional prize should generate plenty of positive publicity and should be viewed by the bingo hall as a sort of investment that is sure to pay for itself over time.

Taking Advantage of Bingo Promotions

If we players pay attention to these promotional bonuses and take advantage of them, we encourage the bingo halls to invent and implement more of them (since they work). This works to our advantage since these promotions are ways that we can gain extra wins and more money or cash value prizes. We also end up having more fun. So, when you see such opportunities, take advantage of them, you won't regret it!
