1. Why can't you log in?
There are several reasons why this could occur. First, ensure your username and password are correct. If they are, contact the board owner to make sure you haven't been banned. It is also possible the website(can offer you cheaper Age of Conan Gold) owner has a configuration error on their end, and they would need to fix it.
 
 
2. Why do you need to register at all?
You may not have to, it is up to the administrator of the board as to whether you need to register in order to post messages. However, registration will give you access to additional features(AoC Gold) not available to guest users such as definable avatar images, private messaging, emailing of fellow users, user group subscription, etc. It only takes a few moments to register so it is recommended you do so. And we have secure AoC powerleveling service for your character if you have free time to order it.

3. Why do you get logged off automatically?
If you do not check the Log your in automatically box when you login, the board will only keep you logged in for a preset time. This prevents misuse of your account by anyone else. To stay logged in, check the box during login. This is not recommended if you access the board from a shared computer, for example, library, internet cafe, university computer lab, etc. If you do not see this check box, it means the board administrator has disabled this feature.

4. How do you prevent your username appearing in the online user listings?
Within your User Control Panel, under "Board preferences", you will find the option Hide your online status. Enable this option with Yes and you will only appear to the administrators, moderators and yourself. You will be counted as a hidden user.
 
 
5. If you have lost your password!
Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved, it can easily be reset. Visit the login page and click you have forgotten your password. Follow the instructions and you should be able to log in again shortly.

As announced a few weeks ago, we will merge the Age of Conan servers before the Christmas Holidays. Today we want to give you some detailed information about how these merges will happen and what this will mean for you, the players. And we can offer you cheaper Age of Conan Gold for your character.

We will be spreading the server merges over the next few weeks so not all the servers(AoC Gold) will be merged at the exact same time. It is important to us to ensure that the merge process goes as smooth as possible. Therefore it is vital that we spread out the work rather than doing these complicated processes all at the same time in order to minimize possible risks. The first servers that will be merged are the US servers 'Bloodspire' and 'Hyperborea'. The list of servers for the next merges will be published shortly.

It is important to know that during the time servers(AoC powerleveling) will be merged, all servers of the same territory will not be available. This means that during this week's downtime - where the two above mentioned servers are merged - all US servers will be unavailable. The exact duration of such a downtime will be announced soon but we do expect them to be longer than the usual update downtime.

When the merge process is complete we will be giving all active subscribers an appropriate amount of free game-time to compensate for the additional downtime required for the merges. The details of this will be communicated once the merge process is complete. It's important for us to ensure the best game-play experience for you all, and more healthy populations on each and every server will make sure we maintain healthy communities for the game in the future.

Once the merges are complete we will be offering a free one-use character transfer option for all characters so that if you wish to join a different community after the merge than the one you were allocated you are free to do so. This transfer will be free of charge and can be used once per character and will be available from your billing pages.

Also after the merges are complete we will be opening up new 'fresh start' servers in both the US and EU territories. One each for PVE and PVP rulesets. Transfer will not be allowed to these servers after the merges. These new servers are designed to allow players to start afresh in a totally new environment should they wish to do so and forge a new community instead of joining one of the newly merged ones.

We wanted to post this announcement with a server merge FAQ but we will aim for tomorrow instead. We saw no point in holding back the bulk of the announcement just on that minor issue.

1. Assassin 
Fixed an issue where you could get soul fragments from Sprit of Nightfall while in poison stance. And enough Age of Conan Gold is cool for this classes.

2. Bear shaman 
Fixed an issue where you could not use Manifestation of Spirit until you were level(AoC powerleveling) 17.

3. Conqueror 
The Conqueror buff system of Auras, Battle Cries, Formations, Orders, AoC Gold and Commands has been streamlined and improved. Players now have 6 team abilities divided into two types of buffs: Disciplines and Formations. Players have 3 Disciplines and 3 Formations to choose from, and may have 1 discipline and 1 formation active at any time. During the course of a battle, a conqueror has the choice of either temporarily replacing his active formation with an aoe and team-effect banner, or replacing his active discipline with a more powerful solo buff. These actions may be achieved through new abilities granted to all Conquerors called "Plant Banner" and "Grant Technique." After the temporary effect has expired, the original buff which was replaced is reapplied.

4. Feat Changes
a - Improved Inspire feat changed name to 'Resolute Advance.' This feat gives 10/20/30% root resistance, and when rooted the conqueror can use his charge to b - break the root effect and apply a 2/4/6 second root immunity.
c - Whirlwind will now place Deep Wounds on targets it hits, if you have Deep Wounds trained.
d - When consuming a Furious Inspiration stack of 10 with bladeweave, you will also get a critical increase.
e - The Burst of Aggression knockback will now affect all enemies hit by that swing, not just one target.
f - Power Counterstrike has changed position in the feat tree to where Improved Furious Inspiration used to be. This feat has been renamed 'Improved Retaliation' and now increases the retributive damage and duration of the Retaliation buff. It has a dependency link to Retaliation.
g - Improved Furious Inspiration has been moved to row 6. It now also increases the critical chance of the Guard of Dancing Steel reactive damage hits by 2/4/6/8/10%.

Lacerate has been changed to only tick every third second, to give bigger numbers. The overall damage of Lacerate has been slightly increased. And we have secure AoC powerleveling service for your character if you want to need it.

When using Flashing Defense, Overcome the Odds, or Blessed Conquest you will now have a blocking buff cast(Age of Conan Gold) on you, stopping you from using another of these abilities for 30 seconds.

Mocking Sneer's hate increase on combo starters has been boosted significantly. Each feat point(AoC Gold) should now add 10% hate on combo starters in defensive stance.

Improved Shield of Retribution has been renamed to Improved Retribution. It now increases the armor, protection, and retributive damage that you receive when using running Discipline: Retribution, and Technique: Retribution.

Remorseless Aggression has changed to clear the Burst of Aggression cooldown when you or your group get a killing blow. It now has Burst of Aggression as a pre-requisite.

The hate buff you get after using Burst of Aggression is now a friendly buff and not a hostile buff.

Changed Lingering fireweave to increase the Critical chance of the fireweave proc by 5%.
